The township of Hastings Highlands is starting the process of applying calcium to roads today.
Operations Manager Adrian Tomasini explains how the process will make roads cleaner and safer for drivers.
Tomasini says the process will begin in the Herschel and Monteagle Wards today, with a larger truck being sent to the Bangor and McClure wards.
