The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit says now is the perfect time to quit smoking.
This comes as we recognize National Non-Smoking Week.
Public Health Nurse Jennifer Robertson says it’s important to stay positive.
Robertson says you may not succeed the first time your try to quit, but you’re once step closer with every attempt.
