Draft school year calendar released for local Catholic board

The Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board has released its proposed school year calendar for 2017/2018.

The draft calendar would see school start on Tuesday, September 4^th, with winter break spanning from December 25^th to January 5^th, and March Break starting on the 12^th.

The school year calendar will be reviewed before being submitted to the Ministry of Education by May 1^st for approval.
