Hastings Highlands will not be putting out a survey to get feedback on if the municipality should bring back curbside waste collection.
In October, council asked staff to find out how much it would cost to put a survey.
It would cost just over $17,000, which Deputy Mayor Greg Roberts and Councillor Tracy Hagar suggested was just to great an expense for the municipality.
Hastings Highlands has not had curbside waste collection since near the end of 2014.
