The average price for a home sold in the Bancroft area has jumped over 20 per cent since last March.
The Bancroft and Area Association of Realtors says the average sale price for a home was just under $282,000 in March 2017. There were 27 homes sold in March.
That’s despite a record-low 110 homes listed for sale at the end of the month. President Tim Fulford says with supply as tight as it is right now, the market can expect considerable price growth this year.
