The Central Hastings OPP is warning you of a suspicious person pretending to be a worker with the City of Gilmour.
Police say, earlier today, a man went to a home on Weslemkoon Lake Road in Tudor and Cashel, and asked to inspect the resident’s water metre, but was not allowed to. Police have confirmed nobody with the township is doing any inspections.
The suspect is described as a white man, 5 foot 9 inches, in his late thirties, with a goatee, and short brown hair. He had been wearing blue jeans and a safety vest, and had been driving an older model white econoline van with no side windows.
