Be aware that because of last night’s storm, you may come across broken trees and downed power lines.
North Hastings Fire Service is asking us to stay away from the parking lot behind McCaskies on Hastings Street North in downtown Bancroft through the early part of the day. This is because of a broken hydro pole that Hydro One crews will be working to replace this morning.
This has led to a few downtown businesses without power in that area.
