The Bancroft area could be hit with scattered thunderstorms which could produce small hail and gusty winds this afternoon.
That’s the message from Environment Canada, which has released a special weather statement for areas including Bancroft, Hastings Highlands, Denbigh, Kaladar, Bannockburn, and Bon Echo Park.
This afternoon’s thunderstorms could produce pea-sized hail, and because of the cool temperatures, there could be a lot of it.
Some winds could also pick up to 70 kilometres an hour.
