Man Brings Dog to LCBO, Charged with Impaired and Threatening

A 58-year old man faces charges after the Peterborough County OPP say he came to the LCBO intoxicated, threatened an employee and wanted to drive away.  The OPP responded to the call in Apsley around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.  They say the man had been drinking when he brought his dog into the building.  When he was asked to leave by an employee, the OPP say he threatened the worker and tried to leave on his ATV.  The man is charged with: threatening, impaired driving and driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood.  He has a court appearance next month.
