Prince Edward-Hastings MP Daryl Kramp will be in Belleville this evening to during the 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Am Games celebrations.
The relay and cauldron lighting are also part of the celebrations.  The event is happening at West Zwick’s Park at 7 p.m.
