Some town Councillors took part in the “First Impressions” community exchange program.
Bancroft’s exchange took place with Deep River.
Councillor Bill Kilpatrick says it allows communities with similar sized populations to get in touch with one another, and learn from them in order to grow for the future.
Kilpatrick says one benefit is to hear a different voice addressing things that need to be changed.
Kilpatrick says one thing addressed by Deep River is the state of this town’s infrastructure.
Kilpatrick says one of the things Deep River had trouble with was finding Eagle’s Nest Park.
