Many local membersĀ of the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs are celebrating Get Ready to Go Snowmobiling week.
The town says it estimates they make over $82-million a year from the sport.
Mayor Bernice Jenkins says there are a number of trails that run through town, which are beneficial to local businesses.
Jenkins says snowmobile are allowed to driver on the side of the road as well, but asks that people follow all rules if driving there.
