Junior āCā Hockey is coming to Apsley. A new franchise will start this fall at the North Kawartha Community Centre. The “North Kawartha Knights,” are the result of the hard work of Gordon McKenzie Crowe, who is pleased to be in Apsley, where the ice surface is NHL size and there is a full fitness centre. All junior aged players residing in Haliburton, Hastings and Peterborough Counties are eligible to try out for the team, with those tryouts scheduled for May.
