A woman in Cavan Monaghan Township has had her identity stolen and the thief has spent over $500 in Australia. Peterborough County OPP is investigating the report of the Credit Card Fraud. According to police Identity theft is on the rise and can happen to anyone. They warn you to be careful with your personal information.
