A 68 year-old Oshawa man is dead following a single vehicle crash on Sunday evening. Haliburton OPP was called to the crash on Buckslide Road about 10 km north of Carnarvon in Algonquin Highlands Township. Police say that the sole occupant of a 2007 Dodge pickup truck, Thomas Barker was killed. The collision is under investigation by OPP technical collision investigators and a post mortem will be conducted. Authorities suggest that a medical condition may have been a contributing factor in the collision
