A 61 year-old Minden man faces many charges after stealing a car. On Saturday Haliburton OPP was called about a black 2000 Cadillac having been stolen from a home on Sedgwick Road. When police arrived at the address, the stolen car was returned and officers arrested the intoxicated driver. The suspect has been charged with Theft of Motor Vehicle Under $5000, Impaired Driving, Driving with a blood/alcohol level Over 80, Two counts of Driving While Disqualified, Driving While Under Suspension and Using Unauthorized Plates. He has a Minden court date in June.
