A 19 year-old Bancroft man is facing charges after the theft of a car in Hastings Highlands. On May 4th, a Plymouth Acclaim had been stolen from a home on Village Street and was recovered in the Bancroft area during the investigation into the theft. The accused has been charged with possession of marihuana, theft of motor vehicle and mischief under. He has a Bancroft court date in June.
