Madoc OPP have charged a Marmora man after responding to a domestic complaint. On Tuesday last week the police went to a home in Marmora where they learned that a woman had been grabbed by the neck, pushed and prohibited from leaving a room. The officers also learned of an earlier incident. The 75 year-old husband of the victim has been charged with Assault, Forcible Confinement and Assault with a Weapon and is to appear in a Belleville court to answer to the charges.
