A 35 year-old Madoc man is facing extra charges after violating the terms of a condition. The man had been arrested and charged with Producing a Schedule II Substance (not Marijuana) and Breach of Recognizance back on March 13th. Part of his release conditions was that he avoid a particular address. He went to the The suspect went that address on May 6th and was re-arrested as a result he was arrested and charged with Breach of Recognizance and held in custody.
