A 74 year-old Norland man is facing charges after Haliburton OPP nabbed him at a gas station. Police had received a complaint about an erratic driver on highway 118 in Minden on Thursday and found the suspect vehicle, a2007 Toyota pickup truck, at the gas bar in Carnarvon. The driver was arrested at the scene and taken to the detachment. He has been charged with: Impaired Care or Control and Care or Control with a blood/alcohol level Over 80 and is to appear in a Minden court in June.
