The search continues for two missing people at Opeongo Lake in Algonquin Provincial Park. On Thursday evening the two men were in canoes that capsized. A 19 year-old Mississauga man and a 21 year-old Georgetown man have been identified as missing. Their families have been notified and Killaloe OPP is continuing the search. The Killaloe Detachment is being assisted by the Emergency Response Team, OPP Canine Unit, Marine Units, Aviation Unit and the Underwater Search and Recovery Unit. The Ministry of Natural Resources is also involved in the search.
