Lakers Appeal Forfeiture

The Peterborough Lakers say they were unknowingly at fault and will still appeal the ruling to forfeit their first four games of the 2014 Lacrosse season. Peterborough Laker GM/Head coach Joe Sullivan says that that prior to the 2014 season they had not received any direct communication about Scott Evan’s 2013 season ending one game suspension. Sullivan says that it was only after game four that the commissioner contacted the Lakers about Scott’s play while suspended; the Lakers claim they were unaware of the suspension until that time.
