Bancroft Lions Club Takes on Santa’s Village House Operations

The Bancroft Lions Club has taken over the operation of Santa’s Village House in Bancroft. After petitioning the Town of Bancroft for permission to oversee its operation, the Lions have finally been given the key. A Lions spokesperson said that it is a natural fit for the club as they also operate the Santa Claus parade, which traditionally ends at the Santa House. The Lions plan to do some renovating and upgrading to the building in preparation for this December. You can expect to see some activity over the summer, along with some fund raising events to help support the Santa’s Village House.
