The construction on the bridge at Bridge Street in Bancroft has just about wrapped up and is expected to be open to vehicular traffic by 6:00 p.m. tonight. Pedestrians, however, will not be able to cross the bridge until sometime tomorrow afternoon. Perry Kelly from the Town of Bancroft tells Moose FM that motorists can still expect some delays tomorrow while the construction company brings in and installs the railing system. Motorists are also reminded that the yield sign at the top of Station Street will once again become a stop sign at some point tomorrow, and all detour signage will be taken down.
