One hundred and one students graduated from North Hastings High School last night, including 23 Ontario Scholars and 62 Honour students. In a service that lasted just over two hours close to three hundred awards were presented. The top award recipient was Kendra Betson who received 11. Other top award winners were Michaela Comrie, Ashley Parks, Tanya Dickinson and Wade Wiechenthal. The Magistor Award for the top University bound student went to Tanya Dickinson and the Magistor Award for top College bound student was given to Kaylee Switzer. Jackson Wiltshire took the Clarke Gable Award for the highest average in the school while Michaela Comrie received the Governor General’s Award for highest average in senior courses.
