Operators of ATVs and ORVs (Off Road Vehicles) are being remended by Bancroft OPP to be aware of all the rules and regulations for driving these vehicles both off and on the roadways of Ontario. Legal requirements for operating ORVs will differ throughout Ontario. Use of ATVs or ORVs on maintained roadways may be prohibited in many areas, it is the drivers responsibility to know which roads are approved.
