A three way crash on the 401 early Monday morning has left two people dead. Napanee OPP was called to the scene at 1:26 a.m. where two tractor trailers and a passenger car had collided. The driver and the passenger in the car died in the crash. Highway 401 east-bound remained closed for a number of hours while Traffic Collision Investigators and Forensic Identifications Services Unit were on the scene, assisting the Napanee officers in determining the cause of the crash. The investigation is continuing.
