Loblaw’s is advising customers of a nation-wide recall as announced by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). The concern is over possible listeria contamination of certain “Sweet 2 Eat” brand fresh, whole peaches, nectarines and plums from Wawona Packing Company in California. The recall affects products sold between June 1st and July 21st. You may return these products for a full refund at the customer service desk of any Loblaw store. All affected products have been removed and replaced with products from other growers. No illnesses have been reported.
