The Royal Canadian Mint is celebrating Prince George’s first birthday with a commemorative coin featuring four generations of Canada’s Royal Family. The new gold and silver collector coins feature a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II with three generations of heirs to the British throne: Prince Charles, Prince William, and Prince George being held by his father. The Royal Generations fine silver coin has a $20 face value and has a limited mintage of only 10,000, while the pure gold coin is a $200 denomination with a limited mintage of only 350.
