Killaloe OPP Busy with Impaired Drivers

Five people are facing charges in separate cases of impaired driving investigations over the past weekend in the Killaloe region. On Friday afternoon, a 60 year-old Horton man was stopped by an officer after receiving a tip from another driver. The suspect has been charged with Driving with a Blood/Alcohol level over 80. On Saturday evening a 19 year-old Ottawa woman was charged with Driving with a Blood/Alcohol level over 80 after officers investigated a vehicle in a ditch. Three more people were arrested and charged with impaired on Sunday. A 45 year-old of Laurentian Valley Township man was charged with impaired driving and driving with a Blood/Alcohol level over 80; A 25 year-old Mississippi Mills Township woman was was charged with driving over 80mgs. at a McDonald’s restaurant in Arnprior and a 19 year-old Petawawa man was charged with impaired driving and driving with a Blood/Alcohol level over 80.
