If you’re planning on heading to Algonquin Park this weekend, campgrounds and other areas are slowly re-opening following recent flooding.
Current closures include areas such as the Coon Lake Campground, the Highland trails and Minnesing Mountain Bike trails along the Highway 60 corridor.
Ontario Parks says if you’re heading in for spring fishing to remember no live baitfish are allowed and fishing within 100 metres of any dam in the park is also prohibited.
