Areas south of Bancroft could be hit with severe thunderstorms that could produce strong winds and hail this afternoon and evening.
That’s according to Environment Canada, which has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Kaladar, Bannockburn, and Bon Echo Park.
The weather agency says scattered thunderstorms, winds up to 90 kilometres an hour, and two centimetres of hail could touch down in the area.
