The Adopt-A-Child program is designed to help children of low-income families get warm winter clothing. The program is available for families in: the Town of Bancroft, Municipality of Hastings Highlands, Faraday Township, Carlow-Mayo Township, Wollaston Township, Limerick Township, Cashel Township and Cardiff. Registration will be held at the OPP station in Bancroft on following dates and times: Monday September 29th, Tuesday September 30th and Wednesday October 01st from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on Monday October 06th, Tuesday October 07th and Wednesday October 08th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Registration closes on October 08th, 2014. All registrations must be completed in person by a custodial caregiver or parent. Applicants must bring proof of custody and proof of residency in the area.
