Bancroft Community Transit received a cash boost yesterday in support of their Sustainable Building Project in Riverside Park. Duane Sutherland of McDougall Insurance in Bancroft and Christine Denyer of Gore Mutual Insurance Company Foundation presented Gwen Coish of BCT with a cheque for $1,500. The money will go towards the continuing construction of the building. Gore Mutual Insurance is one of the service suppliers to McDougall Insurance and their foundation supports projects services and activities that serve the community.
