Although Culture Days in Bancroft were a little slow, A Place for the Arts put on a great show. With a number of artists onsite throughout the weekend visitors had variety of fine artwork to see and buy. Classes in the basics of painting were also offered to visitors, Tracy, one of the art instructors told the Moose that there was a great deal of interest and that some instruction occurred along the new boardwalk for inspiration. A Place for the Arts is located on Bridge Street in Bancroft’s Theatre District and is open most days of the week.
