The North Hastings community has come together to raise money to buy equipment for our local hospital.
The Moose FM ‘Rescue Me’ Radiothon in support of the North Hastings District Hospital Auxiliary ran Friday and Saturday, and has now wrapped up.
Radiothon Convener Debbie Speck thanked the community and auxiliary volunteers before announcing the final total.
The money will be put towards buying an OMNICELL unit and helping to support triage renovations at North Hastings Hospital.
