Bancroft OPP has handed out a total of 58 charges during a campaign targeting distracted drivers.
The campaign was held by OPP detachments across the province throughout the Labour Day long weekend.
In the Bancroft area, none of the charges laid during the campaign were for distracted driving. However, speeding was the main problem encountered by police during the campaign, with 46 charges for it being laid.
