Over a quarter million dollars’ worth of dope has been seized in a raid on a home on the Tyendinaga Territory. On Tuesday Police made the bust, arresting two Tyendinaga Township men and four GTA men and one youth also from the GTA. The drugs were marihuana bud, marihuana shake, hashish and 144 mature marihuana plants. The accused are charged with Production of Marihuana, Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Cannabis Resin. Court dates are set for November.
