An Oshawa man is facing charges for driving a vehicle without a breath alcohol ignition interlock in it.
It happened early on the morning of September 9th on Monck Street in Bancroft.
According to Bancroft OPP, the 50-year-old was pulled over, and officers determined he had been driving a vehicle without the device in it, despite being prohibited from doing so. He now faces charges for that, along with failing to surrender his licence and permit and for driving alone despite only having a class G1 licence.
He will appear in Bancroft court on October 3rd.
