The Bancroft Lions Club held their Thanksgiving Weekend Road Toll on Saturday and it was a great success. The Club raised just over $1,700. The Lions will use all of the funds for projects such as refurbishing Santa’s Village House, buying eyeglasses for those in need, the Dog Guides project, and the Santa Claus Parade. The Lions wish to thank The Town of Bancroft, The Bancroft Detachment of the OPP and of course, all the generous people who gave so willingly.
