Teena Sills, the Maynooth area woman who travelled to Vancouver to be a part of a multiple kidney transplant, will be returning home on Friday. Teena’s sister needed a kidney transplant, but Teena was not a match, so she got involved in a multiple surgery that saw a number of dialysis patients get new kidneys, including Teena’s sister. In her Facebook posting Teena says that she, her sister and the other patients are all reported as doing well.
