A large quantity of jewelry has been stolen. Madoc OPP say that between 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. last Friday, a home on Wellington Street in Madoc was broken into and the jewellery was taken. Anyone with information about this theft is asked to call the Madoc OPP or Crime Stoppers.
