Georgetown Man Dies In ATV Crash

Bancroft OPP has released the name of a hunter who died in an ATV crash in Carlow-Mayo Township.

Police and paramedics responded to a collision near Reber Road early Saturday morning.

Officers used ATVs to get to the scene of the collision and when they got there they found a 70 year old man who was later pronounced dead.

According to police, the man had been driving an ATV on his way to his hunting watch when the machine rolled over.

The man has been identified as Gerald Irvine of Georgetown.
