The Hastings-Lennox and Addington MP says foreign affairs and the environment are major issues for local youth.
This comes after the Hastings-Lennox and Addington Constituency Youth Council held a meeting in Napanee recently. The council is made up of 19 youth from Bancroft to Napanee.
MP Mike Bossio says these youth will take part in community projects to examine these issues more carefully. They will eventually present their findings, and possible solutions, to Bossio.
The MP says this is an opportunity to hear fresh new perspectives and ideas, and give youth a better understanding of the federal political process.
