Security officials are still going door-to-door making sure everyone is safe. Both the Ottawa Police and the RCMP are considering the situation fluid and ongoing; dynamic and unfolding. Until both the police and the RCMP give the all-clear, the situation is still considered active. The police barriers in the downtown are easing somewhat as people begin to finish work. The Ottawa Civic Hospital is confirming four victims came to the hospital. They are preparing for the possibility of further victims. Access is restricted at the hospital in both the E-R and the I-C-U. Three victims are still in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The fourth, the Canadian soldier has died.
