Driving with open liquor in his car has led to multiple charges against a Brampton man. Halliburton OPP was conducting a R.I.D.E. check at the intersection of Highways 35 and 121 when they stopped the suspects car. He apparently smelled of alcohol and was given a roadside test. During the test, officers discovered psilocybin mushrooms and some marijuana in the car. The 44 year-old driver had his license suspended for 3 days and was charged with possession of marihuana (over 30 grams), possession of psilocybin (mushrooms) and driving with open liquor in the car.
