Your Fire Department thinks that this is also the time to replace the batteries in your smoke detectors and if you have not already done so, install a Carbon Monoxide (CO) detector. Working and not out-dated smoke and CO detectors must be installed in your home. The Fire department can provide all the information you may need for proper installation. Remember, only working smoke and CO detectors can save a life.
