Soldiers from Canadian Force Base Petawawa will be holding an exercise Ontario from November 12th to 27th, and will be passing through the Bancroft area, as well as through the communities of Norwood and Beeton. This is an annual exercise for the soldiers to practice deploying their equipment and working on different skills needed for both at home and internationally. Exercise Skilled Sustainer will have the soldiers setting up on the outskirts of different communities and visitor tents will also be set up to allow the public to come and see what is happening.
