It’s beginning to look a lot like winter in the North Hastings area, as a cold front is expected to move into the region tonight.
That’s according to Environment Canada Meteorologist Geoff Coulson, who says a massive storm system is going to move in from Northern Ontario, bringing cold weather with it. Coulson says this will mean the mild temperatures you’ve been seeing recently will be coming to an end.
Coulson says the cold weather is a dramatic shift in the region which could linger.
Although there will be some flurries in the coming days, Coulson says Environment Canada is not forecasting any significant snow storms in the near-future.
