The OPP has announced an innovative new initiative to locate distracted drivers.
Constable Catherine Yarmel says ‘Operation Safe Trucking’ has kicked off and is aimed at stopping distracted transport truck drivers.
Yarmel says the hope is this will reduce the amount of collisions involving transport trucks in Ontario.
The province-wide campaign will run until December 15th.
